ADHD in your element

Understand yourself. Then build a life around it.

You’re not too intense. You care deeply.

One small misunderstanding, and you’re flooded. The words come out too sharp and strong, and the tears come with them. Later you replay it and cringe, wondering what’s wrong with you.

So you start to shrink. You read everyone else perfectly, say yes before you’ve asked yourself, and your own wants go quiet. Even with the people closest to you, in conversation and in moments of intimacy, you’re only half there, and still somehow unseen.

Maybe you’ve just had your ADHD diagnosis. Maybe you’ve worked it out for yourself. Either way, you’ve started to notice the masking, the emotional sensitivity, the effort of holding it all together. And you don’t want to just live with it. You want to work with it.

Nothing is wrong with you. You react big because you care big. You’ve just never had the space to understand what your ADHD brain is telling you.

Stop trying to feel less. Start building a life that fits your ADHD brain.

How I coach

Understand the reaction, and everything changes.

Coaching won’t remove your ADHD. There’s nothing to fix. What changes is your relationship with yourself. You see yourself clearly: your patterns, your beliefs, what you value. From there you can work out what you need to cope, manage big emotions more easily, and say what you feel to the people who matter.

  • Understand the reaction. We notice your patterns, behaviours and values, so the big moments make sense instead of leaving you ashamed.
  • Emotional self-awareness. We explore what each emotion feels like in your body and meet parts of you you’ve never met, so you can catch it in the moment.
  • Self-doubt and old beliefs. We meet the part of you that decided long ago you were too intense, or not good enough or smart enough, and find the truth: you’re capable, and you’ve been doing far more than you ever noticed.
  • Your voice, your relationships. You stop putting your own wants on the back foot. You learn to say what you feel and need, in conversation and in moments of intimacy, and your relationships become more reliable and nourishing.
  • Overwhelm doesn’t vanish. But we can trace what sets it off most and build in support, whether that’s family, friends or what you need to give yourself. You’ll leave better equipped for the hard days.
  • Highly sensitive? We get curious about who you work best with, what you value in people, and which spaces let you feel like yourself.
  • Strengths first. We name what you’re already good at and build on it, instead of measuring you against a norm that was never made for you.
  • You lead. Your goals, your words, your pace. I bring curiosity and questions, and you leave with a life that fits you better.

Strengths first

Your brain isn’t broken. It’s built for interest.

Underneath the big reactions is a brain with real strengths. Once you can see yourself clearly, we build on what it does brilliantly and shape your days so those strengths get room to run.

Fire

Hyperfocus

Deep, glorious flow

When something lights you up, you can do a week’s work in an afternoon. We protect that fire so you can aim for it.

Water

Emotional depth

You feel it all, and read the room

Big feelings come with big empathy. It makes you the person people trust with the real stuff.

Air

Ideas

Connections nobody else sees

Your mind jumps between topics and finds links. That’s creativity, not distraction.

Earth

Systems that fit

Ground it in what works

Body doubling, visual timers, tiny starts. Simple supports that make the good stuff stick.

Hi, I’m Rhiannon

I got my diagnosis and things started falling into place.

For years I thought I was lazy, scattered and too intense. Turns out I had a brain that runs on interest, urgency and novelty.

My late diagnosis let me look honestly at what wasn’t working, and start aiming at what I’m naturally great at. It was a chance to look at the relationships that build me up instead of shutting me down, and to notice what gave me energy instead of leaving me exhausted.

I’m a coach for women with ADHD. Together we build self-awareness and honest communication, so you can understand yourself, be understood, and surround yourself with people who value your strengths and creativity.

My sessions are creative, relaxed and motivating. Expect to laugh, think differently, and leave ready to act.

  • Barefoot trained coach
  • Diagnosed late, like many of my clients
Rhiannon creates a safe and open atmosphere and uses a tailored approach, allowing each session to flow naturally. She is a wonderful coach and a lovely person. Highly recommended!

Before you book

Coaching works when you’re ready for it.

I’d rather tell you now than waste your time or your money.

When coaching is for you:

  • You are ready to look inward, even when it’s uncomfortable.
  • You already take steps towards change and want support to go further.
  • You want to build on your strengths instead of fixing yourself.
  • You are curious about how your own brain works.

When coaching isn’t for you:

  • You are looking for a diagnosis or an assessment.
  • You want your ADHD fixed or your symptoms removed. No honest coach can promise that.
  • You need mental health treatment or therapy.
  • You want someone else to do the changing for you.
  • You are just browsing and not ready to put in time and energy.

Coaching isn’t a substitute for medical or mental health care. However, it can sit alongside both. If you’re struggling right now, please contact your GP or call Samaritans on 116 123.

Sound familiar?

What women come to me for.

  • I’m hard on myself, and I’ve never really felt on my own side. I want a kinder relationship with myself.
  • I say yes to everyone, then resent it. I want to set boundaries without guilt.
  • I want a life built around what I’m naturally good at, not one I have to force myself through.
  • I want to leave my job or start something of my own, and I can’t work out how.
  • My brain won’t switch off and I replay conversations at 2am. I want more ease around it, not shame for it.
  • I feel things deeply, and I want friendships and relationships that make room for that.
  • I react strongly, then feel ashamed. I want to understand why, and respond in a way I’m proud of.
  • I put everyone else first, even in moments of intimacy and in my closest relationships. I want to know what I want and say it out loud.
  • I was diagnosed late, and I’m making sense of who I’ve been.

Before you book

Things you might be wondering.

Will coaching get rid of my ADHD symptoms?

Coaching won’t take your ADHD away, and there’s nothing to fix. What changes is your life around it. When your relationships support you, your days fit your energy and you’re working with your strengths, overwhelm and rumination tend to feel quieter and less catastrophic. Together we look at your life and goals and ask what would make everyday life feel more manageable.

Will this feel rigid, like another routine?

No. Coaching is a relationship we build together, so show up however you are and get as comfortable as you like. You are in the driving seat, and with space to focus entirely on what you need and want, you might be surprised by what shows up. This may be the first time you have truly been listened to.

Am I welcome here?

Yes. Everyone is welcome here, whatever your race, gender, identity or who you love. Nothing you tell me will shock me, and you never have to explain who you are. I am not here to judge you or to change you.

What if I forget a session or fall off for a week?

It happens, and we treat it as information instead of failure. Sessions can be moved, and we plan for the weeks that go sideways.

Do I need a diagnosis?

No. Self-identified and waiting for an assessment are both welcome. Coaching isn’t therapy or medical care, and it works alongside both.

How much time does it take outside sessions?

None required. There is no homework and no workbook. The session is yours to use however you like, and I can hold you accountable or body-double with you if that helps.
